I really love this photo. I love the amount of space inside the fame even in the original which had an equal amount on the opposite side. I love the classic shape of the tree. Just very simple in it's surroundings.
Initially a much larger picture, I cropped it and saturated the colors. I also put a sepia filter on it and added in the clouds. With all that space in the frame, it seemed a real shame having nothing in it (other than the circling vultures). I like that they add texture to the space without cluttering it. I wanted to add some text to it, as I am in love with words but after several tries it just seemed to look better plain. Perhaps the picture will speak for itself.
